MALVERN are one of only handful of clubs in the West Midlands to be named a Worcester Warriors Hub Club.
The status is recognition for the work Dan Landon and the club’s minis and juniors section have done to develop a close relationship with the Aviva Premiership side’s community team.
As a Hub Club, Malvern receives many benefits including bespoke rugby support and coach education, a Warriors rugby club inclusive of a 10 per cent profit share and regular promotion through social media Warriors will also hold a takeover day at Spring Lane with the first event taking place on September 17.
Youth chair Neil Palmer said: “Being selected by Worcester Warriors to be one of their Hub Clubs is fantastic news for Malvern.
“The first takeover day will be a fantastic opportunity for all the mini and junior members to receive coaching from several Premiership Rugby stars.
“Everyone is welcome to attend.”
