M5 junction 7 towards Worcester. Turn left at next roundabout onto A4440 (signposted Malvern), straught over next two roundabouts and at next roundabout take left hand slip lane onto A449 (signposted Malvern). When approaching Malvern (after 4 miles approx) turn left at first roundabout onto B4280 (Welland), straight over three roundabouts and then take the third left into Orford Way and then third left into Langland Avenue. Ground 300 tards on right.
