Malvern remain on top

TABLE-topping Malvern Rugby Club make no mistake at basement-side Barkers Butts on Saturday and romped to a 45-13 victory to record their first Midlands Two West double of the season.

Once again results fell favourably for the Spring Lane side and although the Solihull versus Lichfield game was postponed, Hereford enjoyed a fine 18-5 win over Burton at home to move second in the table, three points behind Malvern, and Whitchurch halted the threatening winning run of Walsall, defeating them 21-3 at home.
