NIC Dauncey led Malvern Joggers in the Shobdon Wood race over 5.27 miles on a hot day.
The off-road course was over forestry tracks and footpaths organised by Croft Ambrey Running Club.
Dauncey clocked 42 minutes 18 seconds followed by Claire Haynes (50.51), Mike Bolton (52.15), Jason Protheroe (54.30), Julie Caseley (54.51), Alison Priest (57.11), Rhian Protheroe (58.29), Patricia Johnson (1.03.15), Vivien Tolley (1.06.52), Charly Lowndes (1.14.16), Lyn Coleman (1.14.48), Neil Coleman (1.14.48), Annie Robson (1.20.16) and Laura Williams (1.33.55).
Kareen Mann took part in the Great Birmingham 10k and finished in 49.31.
The Malvern Hills Ultra 22-mile route was completed by Dave Brett in 7.23.29 for sixth place.
The LCP DK 10K is run every first Wednesday in May and is now one of the biggest midweek races in the Midlands.
Joggers' Ian Probert clocked 54.48, Ros Goodman 1.00.03, Derek Goodman 1.00.13 and Jude Newman 1.04.37.
