EIGHT Couch to 5K runners completed the Newent Parkrun for Ledbury Harriers after embarking on the nine-week course.
The next course will start on Tuesday, April 25, and further information can be found at ledburyharriers.org.uk or by emailing Sally Smart at sallysmart1000@gmail.com.
Meanwhile, seven Harriers are taking on a marathon this spring.
Nick Tyler is taking on the Poets Path Potter around Dymock, while London Marathon runners are Emma Gummery, Helen Keegan and Barry Thompson.
Neil Grinnell and Steve Rooke are taking on the Manchester Marathon for the second year running.
Dave Hibbitt is running the Worcester Marathon in May.
Harriers meet at 6.45pm on Tuesdays at Ledbury Rugby Club and they have various groups.
