JOE Bates and Garry Price bagged braces as Perrywood dumped Northside out of the WFA Sunday Premier Cup 5-2.

George Aston also notched twice for the hosts but it was to no avail as Perrywood joined Callow End, 6-1 winners against Riverside, in progressing.

Nick Macpherson and Sam Black each netted twice with Matt Andrews and Lee Barmby also on target.

Joey Haines scored twice as New Inn Athletic beat Meadow Park 3-0, while Hallow defeated Namaste Tigers 5-2 thanks to strikes from Kyle Belmonte, Kyonn Evans, Ben Harbourne, Jack Humphrys and Tiago Ribeiro.

Mark Edwards was at the double in GDL Athletic's 3-0 win at Spa Rovers in the Sunday Minor Cup with Ben Ladds repeating the trick as Drakes Broughton Rangers reserves went through 4-2 in a penalty shoot-out after a 5-5 draw at Meadow Park Youth.

Grosvenor Sports also went through on spot kicks after a 2-2 draw with Freemasons Arms. Goalkeeper Lee Lacey was the hero, saving three penalties in a 3-2 win.

Josh Beckett, Ted Grizzell and Tom Jackson were all on target as Express Falcons beat Droitwich Spa Eagles 3-2, Eagles Reserves were held to a 2-2 draw at home by Powick with the visitors winning a prolonged penalty shoot-out 8-7. Andy Harvey and Gavin Wood netted for Eagles in normal time and Josh Addison and Matt Telford replied for Powick.

In the Worcester & District Football League Division Two, the top-of-the-table clash saw Korono beat Colwall St James 3-1 with Rob Cox, Rob Giles and Charlie Hooman on target. A single strike from Alistair Turner secured three points for Malvern Vale against Star & Garter 1-0.

Adam McElroy sealed a 1-0 win for Claines over Malvern Rangers in Division One. Arrow beat Hallow Village 3-0 with strikes from Josh Homans, Ryan Smith and Mike Hankins.

Lewis Williams bagged two for Colwall Wanderers in their 3-0 home win against Lower Teme & Martley Reserves in Division Four.

In the Worcester Nursing Sunday Junior Cup, Upton Snodsbury hammered Prince of Wales 7-2 with Ryan Pugh and Dan Phillips both firing hat-tricks.

Josh Stafford notched a treble and Will Griffith a double as Clifton Rovers went through 5-1 against The Bell.

Goals from Aaron Smith (2), Jack Parker and Brad Hughes gave FC Malvern their first win of the season, 4-0 against Worcester Athletic.
