BROMYARD Town showed no mercy with a 7-0 thrashing of Herefordshire rivals Bartestree in West Midlands League Division One.
Richard Smith hit a hat-trick alongside goals from Jamie Insall (2) and Luke Molloy (2).
Town, 10 points clear of Ludlow at the top, visit lowly Wyrley on Saturday (2pm) but lost 5-1 at Wellington in the Herefordshire FA Challenge Cup semi-finals in midweek.
Powick Rangers moved up to third in Division Two with a 2-1 home win over Wolverhampton United.
They visit leaders Darlaston Town on Saturday (2pm).
Malvern Town under 21s lost 3-1 at Oakengates Athletic as Sam Daffin scored.
Town host Red Star Alma at the HDanywhere Community Stadium on Saturday (3pm).
