BROMYARD Town stormed to their fifth consecutive win at the top of West Midlands Football League Division One.

They hammered Bustleholme 6-0 at Delahay Meadow with Aston Gunter (2), Dorian Colling, Tom Hobbs, Matt Tyler and Josh Weatherby on target.

The leaders visit Stone Old Alleynians, who also boast a 100 per cent league record but from three fixtures, tomorrow (3pm).

Powick Rangers are third in Division Two after a 2-0 win at Wyrley Reserves with Matt Beckett and Alex Wren scoring.

They host Tipton Youth at Malvern Vale Community Centre tomorrow, while Malvern Town under 21s head to Newport Town (both 3pm).

Malvern Vale’s two teams have started their new season with the Cheltenham Association League side drawing 1-1 at Staunton and Corse Reserves in the Minor Charity Cup. Joe Turner netted.

Their other side went down 10-1 at Leominster Town Reserves in Herefordshire League Division Three with Glenn Hardiman on target.

In Division One, early leaders Bromyard thrashed Ewyas Harold Reserves 6-0 in Bishops Frome thanks to goals from Jack Muirhead (2), Nathan Godsall, Will Tolley, Matt Beale and Chris Jefferson.

Newent Town Reserves lost 2-1 to Newnham United in North Gloucestershire Association League Division One.
