MALVERN Town continue their pre-season tomorrow with a double-header against Droitwich Spa at the HDanywhere Community Stadium.

The clubs’ first teams meet at 2.30pm before the under 21s sides face each other at 4.30pm.

The games are in memory of ex-Town chairman and Droitwich director of football Paul Pallett with funds going to the Motor Neurone Disease Association.

Malvern drew 1-1 with Midland League Premier outfit Causeway and beat Hereford Lads Club 3-0 in friendlies so far.

Dave Reynolds scored against Causeway, while Matthew Turner netted twice alongside trialist forward Jake Hollylee against Hereford.

Town managing director Chris Pinder said: “We have strengthened the personnel in all areas of the pitch and retained every player from last season.

“The attitude and approach from the players coming into this season has been extremely positive and I am excited about what could happen this year.”
