HEREFORD United have been granted more time to come to a settlement with former manager Martin Foyle.
A winding-up order served on the Bulls by Foyle, now in charge at Southport, has been heard and adjourned for 28 days to allow both sides to continue negotiations.
However, Hereford need to have cleared all their debts to football creditors by Friday or risk being kicked out of the Football Conference at the league's annual meeting.
