A defensive horror show gifted the visitors three points, while Town missed the attacking influences of Lawrence Smith, Kristian Richardson and Matt Hindmarsh.

Gala Wilton went ahead on 20 minutes with a free header but Town replied quickly when Luke Kitchen beat three men in the box before finishing well.

Upton took a shock lead when Kitchen was put through by Jake Hall for his second goal.

Hall equalised with a 25- yard free-kick but Upton missed two great chances before Gala were gifted two decisive goals through more dreadful defending.

Vlad Kutlis deflected in an own goal before Joe Kyte was robbed after trying to run the ball out.
