John Masefield High School’s under 15s maintained their 100 per cent start to the season with a 6-2 win over John Kyrle from Ross-on-Wye.

Despite a 25-yard opener from captain Ben Miller, the Ledbury school conceded two own goals to go behind.

They hit back in the second period, however, with the impressive Miller equalising before completing his hat-trick alongside a quickfire Tom Skittery brace.

Man-of-the-match Lewis Williams completed the scoring from the edge of the box.
