Malvern Radar 8, West Malvern 0.

AFTER a fairly even opening 20 minutes, Malvern Radar cruised to an easy victory at Victoria Park in this Worcester Nursing Sunday Minor Cup first round tie.

Lee Mason started things off midway through the half with a smart finish and soon added a second, saving Chris Packer’s blushes, who had earlier missed a simple chance.

Jamie Caffull added the third just before half-time.

For West Malvern, Anthony Holder never gave up and Paul Milne was steady at centre-half before having to leave the field with an injury.

Substitute Alan Preece came on for the second period and promptly tapped-in from close range.

He then made it 5-0, rising well to head in Tom Clack’s great cross.

The visitors lost their discipline in the closing stages and two well-taken strikes from Louis Loader and a thunderous shot from Jack Kyte completed the scoring.
