MATT Pinder was back on the scoresheet for Malvern Town at the weekend as his brace helped secure a 3-1 victory at Newent Town.
The powerful front-man served Malvern in 2016-17 before departing for a scholarship in America.
“I am buzzing to get back on the scoresheet. I've waited a long time for it,” he said.
“There’s a good mix of youth and experience here and as a team we’re looking really strong.
“It’s great to be back involved with the club again. It was a really tough time for me last year but I am getting back to full fitness and everyone has welcomed me back.
“Now I want to be able to repay the faith that the gaffers have shown in me.
“My target is to get back playing regularly and return to my best. I want to get as many minutes on the pitch as possible and help this team really kick on and achieve something.”
