NIC Dauncey was on top form as he led the way for Malvern Joggers in two events and came second in another.
As well as being the first Jogger home in the Dorstone Dawdle Champions League race, he finished third overall in 43 minutes 31 seconds with Matt Scriven of Mercia Fell Runners winning in 39.50.
Matthew Lancett was the next Jogger to cross the finish line in 47.40, followed by Ben Toon (48.01), Steve Roode (51.14), Ian Walwyn (51.55), Mike Bolton (53.06), Alison Priest (54.14), Julie Caseley (54.19), Rhian Protheroe (1.01.55) and Vivien Tolley (1.06.30). Malvern Joggers won the team prize.
Dauncey was also first out of 20 Joggers in the Herefordshire Summer Off Road League at High Vinnalls, Mortimer Forest.
He came home in 41.15 followed by Lancett (43.06), Adam Grant (43.22), Natalie Bennett (44.43), Sam Eden (45.15), Martin Reed-Darby (45.16), Emily Priest (45.51), Toon (45.53), Paul Newman (49.10), Roger Sherriff (49.25), Jason Protheroe (49.39), Walwyn (50.58), Caseley (52.44), Amanda Duncan (53.45), Protheroe (55.21), Andy Campbell (55.27), Debbie Parker (55.52), Rachel Teague (56.47), Tolley (1.01.57) and Helen Reid (1.19.40).
Jon Newey denied Dauncey a third success as he did the Timberhonger 10k in 37.39. Dauncey was second in 45.40 ahead of Roode (49.07, John Bryan (49.59), Caseley (52.17), who won her age category and a trophy, Protheroe (54.45) and Tolley (1.03.10).
All profits from the race, celebrating its 15th anniversary, were divided between four local charities.
Bryan also ran the Hereford Triathlon finishing in 1.08.44 along with Julia Heron in 1.19.17.
