THE rebuilding job at Malvern Town is underway with three players recruited in just over a week.

Striker Kyonn Evans, forward Ben Evans and defender Jay Sauntson have all moved to the West Midlands League Premier Division outfit ahead of the 2017/18 campaign.

The triple capture will be a big boost to manager Les Jones who has seen winger Lewis Platt (Westfields), captain Reece King (Gloucester City), midfielder Nathan Hayward (Worcester City) and prolific frontman Dave Reynolds (Worcester City) leave.

Former Worcester ace Kyonn Evans is Malvern’s latest signings after leaving Littleton where the 24-year-old scored eight goals in 29 appearances last season.

Sauntson arrives after playing 36 games for Midland League Premier Division side Westfields last term while Jones is also delighted with the addition of ex-Walsall Wood and Evesham United attacker Ben Evans.
