LEDBURY darts ace Terry Jenkins bowed out in the second round at the Professional Darts Corporation's German Masters in Munich.

The Bull was seeded 11th but he crashed to a surprise 6-2 loss against James Richardson.

Jenkins was among seven seeded stars who suffered early exits at the Ballhausforum.

Michael van Gerwen made it a perfect 10 of European Tour titles as he came from behind to topple Peter Wright 6-4 in the final to retain his crown in front of a sell-out crown.

The Dutchman's incredible start to 2016 continued with a seventh tournament victory of the year and a second successive European Tour win to clinch the £25,000 first prize.
