Worcester Warriors have signed of Ospreys flanker Sam Lewis, who will join the club with immediate effect.
Lewis has excelled for Ospreys over the last three years and has been a regular for the side in the Guinness PRO 12 and European Champions Cup during the last two campaigns.
The 24-year-old, who is tipped for a big future on the international stage, has made a total of 65 appearances for the Welsh region.
Lewis signed his first professional contract for Ospreys in 2012 after impressing during a spell at Welsh Principality Premiership side Swansea RFC.
The signing is another illustration of Dean Ryan's intentions to bring talented young players to Sixways in order to establish a successful Premiership side.
Lewis said: "The opportunity to join Warriors at such an exciting time was one that really appealed to me.
"With all the facilities in place and Dean's vision for the future, I see Sixways as the ideal place for me to develop my game and I'm looking forward to being a part of the journey.”
Director of rugby Dean Ryan said: "Sam is a player who has experienced the highest level of club rugby from a young age and is now hungry to continue his development within a successful environment.
"We are creating a competitive culture throughout our whole squad and, by integrating players of Sam's calibre, that will only intensify as time goes on.”
