NUMBER eight Jonathan Thomas will skipper a much-changed Worcester Warriors side for their British & Irish Cup clash with Moseley at Sixways tomorrow (3pm).

The Welsh international comes in as Warriors name a completely different starting XV to the one which defeated Jersey last time out..

Full-back Chris Pennell gets his first start since playing against Bristol in the opening game of the season, while academy youngster Tiff Eden returns at fly-half.

Jonny Arr starts at scrum-half on his 26th birthday and fellow academy graduate Alex Grove, who turns 27 on Sunday, starts in the centre alongside Ravai Fatiaki.

There are also places for Perry Humphreys and Dean Hammond on the wings.

In the front row, Rob O'Donnell is set for his first game for Warriors this season alongside Dan George and Ryan Bower.

The experienced James Percival and Dan Sanderson return in the second row, while Richard de Carpentier and Sam Betty partner Thomas in the back row.

Academy youngsters Shay Kerry, Andrew Boyce and Josh Watkins are all named on the bench which also includes Ryan Lamb.
