Spring fun at May fair

SPRING fun came to the United Reformed Church hall in Malvern Link on Saturday.

The hall was the venue for a fair organised jointly by the Link church and its counterpart in Great Malvern, Holly Mount off Worcester Road, and visitors could enjoy a variety of stalls and games.

The event raised £455, which will be divided between the two churches, said Mrs Jane Banwell, secretary of the Holly Mount church.

"That sum of money is not bad for a couple of hours," she said. "We had a steady stream of people coming in over those two hours."
