Welland Parish Council, along with a few local residents, is thinking of producing a Neighbourhood Plan.
This is an opportunity to really shape how Welland evolves for ourselves, our children and our grand children.
A legal document which carries a lot of weight when it comes to planning, a Neighbourhood Plan can shape what services, job opportunities, recreational facilities and sorts of housing are going to be in place in Welland.
There is a questionnaire available at the post pffice.
