THEATRE comes to Welland when Solihull On Stage presents Guys v Dolls in St James Church on Friday, September 20, at 7.30pm.
Mixing many favourites from the musical world including a dash of pop, the men and women engage in a battle of the sexes competing through song and dance.
Fresh from a week of performances earlier in September, local talented SOS member Rob Burton has arranged for the 25 strong cast to bring this oneoff show to Welland. Don’t miss this opportunity!

On Saturday, September 28, and Sunday, September 29, Tony Leahy’s exhibition of paintings will take place in the church. There are more community concerts and events planned for later in the year.
The weekend of November 16 and 17 sees the St James Christmas Craft Fair in Welland. The tables cost £15 for the weekend or £10 per day. Please telephone 01684 310289 and ask for Mary for further details or information.
Welland Primary School will be holding open mornings for existing parents and prospective new parents on Thursday, September 26, and Saturday, October 5, at 9.30am and 10am respectively. Further details for these events will appear in the local paper nearer the time.
On Friday, September 27, the school will be staging their McMillan Coffee Morning for families, friends and the local community.
