AS this week is half term, an Activity Day is planned for children aged 5–11 years at St James’ Church in Callow End on Friday, February 22.
There will fun activities, games and cooking sessions for lunch, from 10am-1pm.

Next week sees Powick Players pantomime, Treasure Island, being staged in Powick Parish hall from Tuesday to Saturday at 7.30pm each evening.
Tickets are £6 for adults and £4 for children and can be booked with Nick Sandy on 01905 831915 (Saturday is sold out).
Powick Ramblers meet for a four mile walk next Wednesday, meeting at the start of the track to the Live and Let Live pub on Bringsty Common.
A short walk across the Common will lead to Yearsett and back via Foxhalls and will be led by Roger, who can be contacted on 01886 833987.
A Lent Course will be held at St James’, Callow End, on five consecutive Tuesdays beginning Tuesday, February 19, at 7.30pm.
