A NEW Year’s party was held at the coffee shop in Callow End Village Hall last Wednesday when 40 people enjoyed savoury items and a selection of cakes with crackers and music and a quiz devised by Kris Quatermass.

Last Sunday for Plough Sunday, a vintage Fordson tractor was driven to St Peter’s Church by Clare Lightwood. It was blessed by Reverend Sue Irwin and a service of thanksgiving for farmers.
