A coffee morning held on behalf of the NSPCC held in Colletts Green last Friday raised £427.84 from sales and raffle tickets.

At St James’ Church in Callow End a coffee morning raised £245.80 on behalf of the Barnabas Fund.

Mike Washbourne, of Malvern Road, has grown a moustache to raise awareness of men’s cancers and to raise funds for the charity Movember, by seeking sponsorship. To date he has promises of more than £200.
