Oxford singers offer wide-ranging programme

THE Upton Art Music Group will be hosting a concert by The Choir of Somerville College, Oxford, on Saturday, November 14.

The choir, which has recently returned from a tour of Germany, will be performing a wide-ranging programme featuring choral music from through the ages in Upton Parish Church at 3pm.

The programme will include works by Bach, Dowland and Gilbert and Sullivan, and organ interludes will be performed by senior organ scholar Joseph Burgess and 19-year-old music scholar Tristran Mitchard.
