BURGLARS raided a house in Bidford and punched an occupant who suffered a cut to their eye.
At about 1.30am on Sunday, April 2, three crooks smashed glass in the front door to gain access to a house in Smiths Close.
The trio were confronted by one of the residents, who was punched in the face causing the cut to their eye.
The offenders stole several items from the house, including a mobile phone and a Play Station.
The intruders, who drove away in an unknown vehicle, are described as white males.
Warwickshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information following the aggravated burglary.
Anyone with information is urged to contact 101, quoting incident number 0037 of Sunday, April 2.
