'HUNDREDS' of fish have died after agricultural waste polluted Piddle Brook in Pershore.

Dave Throup of the Environment Agency said that 150 fish had been found dead, but that many more will have died and flowed into the River Avon.

Mr Throup believes that all the fish in the bottom four sections of the river have died.

He said that the Environment Agency believe they have found the culprit, who will face legal action.

The pollution has now been stopped.
