CATSHILL Social Club will host Bromsgrove Folk Club's 'Winter Showcase' this week.
Four new-to-the-club acts will be performing at the Meadow Road club on Thursday, January 25 from 8pm.
Worcestershire band Folklaw will bring earthy lyrics and Celtic fiddle to the stage, before performances from Coventry-based Thrup-nny Bits, Grey Rowlands and Joe Bayliss.
Entry costs £4 for members, £2 for under-25s and £6 for non members.
Tickets are also on sale for the 27th Bromsgrove Folk Festival, which will be held from July 12 to 15 at the Bowling Green Inn in Stoke Prior.
The line-up includes The Demon Barber XL, Cosmotheka, MumboJumbo, BarlowCree and Ursula Holden Gill.
The weekend will also feature story-telling workshops, a ukelele band and choir songs.
