A 20 YEAR OLD Great Rissington man who admitted driving while just over the legal alcohol limit in his blood has been banned from the roads for a year.
James Osbourne, of Green's Close, was also fined £100 and ordered to pay costs and a surcharge totalling £115 when he appeared before Cheltenham Magistrates on March 21.
He pleaded guilty to driving a Peugeot 307 on Leasow Lane on Sept 13th last year while having 89mgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood - the legal limit being 80mgs.
He was told he can reduce his ban by 91 days if he passes an approved driving course by October 19 this year.
