POLICE seized a quantity of cannabis after a drugs bust in a city road.
Officers made the discovery after executing the drugs warrant at a property in Sansome Place, Worcester, at 10am on Monday morning.
The raid was carried by officers from the Worcester Cathedral Ward Safer Neighbourhood Team following concerns from neighbours of drug use at the property.
After a search a small amount of the class B drug was discovered and the 21-year-old occupant was spoken to and voluntarily agreed to an interview.
Inspector Chris Percival said: "This warrant was carried out as a response to community concerns about drug use and anti-social behaviour.
"We will continue to look into intelligence from members of the public to tackle drugs supplies in our community."
Tweeting from @WorcesterCops, a spokesman said: "Drugs warrant executed this morning by Cathedral SNT and City Centre Team - positive result! You said we did."
