A 'SUBSTANTIAL' amount of cigarettes and tobacco were stolen from a Malvern supermarket.
At around 3.17am this morning (Monday), two people entered the Co-Op in Worcester Road and stole items, with one of the thieves wearing a grey hoody and a black gillet.
"West Mercia Police was called at around 3:17am this morning (Monday, 17 July) to reports of a burglary at the Co-Op store on Worcester Road, Malvern.
"The offenders forced entry and stole a substantial amount of cigarettes and tobacco.
"Enquries are ongoing to trace the offenders and anyone with information is urged to call police on 101 quoting incident number 63s of the 17 July 2017.
"Alternatively, information can be provided anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or via www.crimestoppers-uk.org "
