A BARNT Green resident will be giving a talk at the Trinity Centre about how his home village has changed in recent years.

Edwin Gumbley, who is a member of the Lickey Hills Society, will present 'A Slow Walk around Barnt Green Village in 100 Picture Post Cards' on Tuesday, February 28 at 7.30pm.

Visitors can see the old village police station, bakery, original telephone exchange and newly built St Andrew's Church, as well as Barnt Green House before it became a pub.

The event is free to Lickey Hills Society members or £2 for guests. Light refreshments will be available.
