A 57-YEAR-old retired postman is taking on the Cardiff Half Marathon this weekend.
James Weatherhead from Ross-on-Wye is raising money for the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal in Herefordshire.
He has been involved with the British Legion branch in Ross-on-Wye since 1997.
