A FIFTY-SEVEN year old man has died in a crash on the A424 near Stow.
Police were called to a crash involving five cars at 12.30pm on Friday, November 27, at the junction to Idbury and Foscot. The male driver of one of the cars died at the scene.
Another driver and passenger were taken to John Radcliffe Hospital with serious, but not life-threatening injuries.
The road was closed for several hours at the Burford end and at Stow Hill.
An air ambulance team was also in attendance.
