A BROMSGROVE theatre company are returning to their home venue as part of a summer tour.
MadCap Theatre Productions are returning to the Artrix, in School Drive, this Saturday night, (August 8) with a performance of A Midsummer Night's Dream.
Touring since the beginning of July, MadCaps have been delighting audiences across the Midlands and further afield and the show they are bringing to the Artrix has received rave reviews.
A Midsummer Night's Dream follows the tale of four lovers and a group of wanna-be actors who spend a night in the woods at the mercy of two warring fairies and their mischievous followers.
The play which is over 400 years old, remains as funny as it ever was, largely due to Puck, a playful sprite who makes some colossal mistakes.
Emma Leigh, the company's artistic director, said: "It's always really lovely to end the tour in Bromsgrove, being based here the Artrix is a second home to the company."
The show begins at 7.30pm.
Tickets are available from the Artrix's website at artrix.co.uk.
