IT'S the dress that sparked international interest and sold out within days, but it's now up for grabs from an Evesham shop.

The dress took the internet by storm overnight last Thursday and was the top trend on Twitter worldwide, as a debate broke out as to its true colours.

Some people see the dress as white and gold, while others see black and blue.

It is reportedly a trick of the light and the viewers eyes meaning two people may see something very different in the original image, which was posted on social networking sites.

The dress is in fact black and blue and is sold for £50 by Roman Originals fashion store, which has a branch at Evesham Country Park and has now managed to get hold of one for its exclusive Facebook competition.

But there are plans by the company to produce a white and gold version to raise funds for Comic Relief.

Kim Edmead, Roman Originals store manager at Evesham Country Park, said: "The reaction to the dress has been phenomenal, it was already a popular style for weddings and christenings but sales have now gone through the roof.

"We are delighted to be working with Evesham Country Park where one lucky winner can win #The Dress on their Facebook page."
