STOURBRIDGE eco group Transition Stourbridge is hosting a talk about the modern human diet and how it compares to that of our ancestors.
Nutrition researcher and forager Owen Raybould will present the one-hour talk ‘Wild Edibles and the Ancestral Diet: What Can They Teach Us?’ at the Friends Meeting House, Scotts Road, Stourbridge, on Saturday October 4 at 7.30pm.
It will cover the latest theories on nutrition, tips and inspiration on foraging, and some thoughts on human health in the modern world.
