MORE than 100 students from schools across Herefordshire and Worcestershire will convene on Malvern’s Morgan Motor Company on Monday (October 19).
They will be competing in the Morgan Motors Enterprise Challenge, one of the many activities taking place to mark the famous car manufacturer’s centenary year.
Teams of six students representing each school will compete for prizes during a variety of activities organised by the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce in association with the Young Enterprise scheme.
They will also enjoy a site tour and lunch, sponsored by Rabjohns accountants.
Chamber of Commerce spokesman Kelly Betts explained: “The event will allow the students and school staff to benefit from a site tour that will provide all involved with an insight to an iconic business in action and also provide students with the opportunity to interact with professionals from the local business community, develop their enterprise skills and of course, have fun.”
She added: “We would like to wish a big thank you to all involved and the business volunteers who donate their time to broaden and enhance students’ learning.”
