PUPILS at Malvern Parish Primary School got their hands dirty when they took part in a Big Tidy Up.
They scrubbed, brushed and litter-picked their way around the school grounds as part of the national initiative.
Teacher Anna Hillier said: “Each year from reception to year six had an area of the school that they needed to tidy, improve and enhance ready for the summer term.
“The pupils love it. They like getting outside, and it makes them take more ownership of their school.
“Because it’s them that do the work, it means they’re more likely to keep it nice.”
