BEAUTIFUL lights have become one of the most heartwarming sights that say Christmas is here.
So we set our Camera Club the challenge of finding the best way to capture the beauty and drama of the festive lights during December.
It wasn't an easy test - lights can be difficult to photograph well - but the members of the Worcester Camera Club rose to the challenge.
Picture editor Jonathan Barry has shortlisted these eight as his favourites and chose Lucy Jane Williams's beautiful picture of the Christmas lights in the High Street as the winner.
He also picked out Rich Parsons's picture which captured lights reflected in a bauble for a special runners-up mention.
Thank you to all of those Camera Club members who took part.
Now, it's time to set a new challenge for January and we've opted for one entitled Moonlight.
Photographers can interpret the theme however they wish - however, it seemed particularly apt as the New Year started with a Wolf Moon and will end, on January 31, with a spectacle, described by NASA as a "super blue blood moon."
On that day, there will be a total eclipse of the Blue Moon - the first for 150 years.
