TRIBUTES have been paid to Robert Sampson who died in the early hours of Friday morning.

The 63-year-old was found with a head injury and a stab wound on Crookbarrow Road, Norton, Worcester on Thursday evening (November 16).

His son Daryl Sampson, aged 28, of Broomhall Cottages, Worcestershire, has been charged with murder.

He appeared at Worcester Magistrates’ Court today (November 18) and has been remanded in custody.

He will appear in court again on Monday, November 20.
