SHOPPERS may have been surprised by what they have seen in the window of their favourite shop over the last few weeks.
Seventeen businesses in Worcester city centre have created stunning motoring-themed displays.
They are competing to win a competition running as part of the 11th annual Worcester Motor Festival.
Shoppers are being invited to vote for their favourite, and be in with a chance of winning £170 of goodies and vouchers to spend at the businesses whose windows feature in the competition.
All you have to do is 'like' the picture of your favourite window display on www.facebook.com/worcmotorfest.
The competition runs from Monday, May 8, to Saturday, May 20.
The Worcester Motor Festival in the city centre will be feature a great mix of new and well-loved displays and activities on Saturday, May 20, from 9am to 5pm.
New activities this year include a go kart obstacle course in New Street and a workshop for balloon-powered cars in CrownGate shopping centre.
You can test your racing skills at the popular Scalextric racetrack at Reindeer Court.
The Army Careers display of vehicles at Cornmarket will be even bigger this year, and visitors can once again take up the challenge at the climbing wall.
There will be street stalls and displays by businesses throughout the shopping area.
Visitors can also find out about the latest motor insurance deals, driving jobs and engineering courses.
Children will love the free face painting, a car trail and colouring competitions.
