Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident
POLICE are calling for witnesses after a man walked into a shop and sprayed the smoke detector with glue.
The man - described as white and in his 30s - entered the shop in Worcester Road, Malvern, and covered the detector with a glue spray.
The incident took place at 1pm on Wednesday, October 19.
Officers describe the man as being around 5ft 5in tall, of medium build, with short, dark brown hair. He was wearing a dark brown hoodie, blue denim jeans, and black Adidas trainers with white logos on the sides.
Anyone with information about the incident can call police, quoting incident number 0321S 191016.
