DESPITE usually being home to boats, the river-side town of Upton was swarmed with vespas last week.
The Veteran Vespa Club of Britain passed through the town, displaying more than 80 vintage vespas in Waterside.
The club was on its way to Ledbury, for its annual get together, but on the way it also stopped off at Tewkesbury and boarded the MV Conway for a boat rip along the River Severn.
The tour of passed through the towns on Friday, May 15.
