PERSIMMON Homes has submitted detailed plans for the latest phase of its major Malvern Vale development at North Site, in Leigh Sinton Road.

The ‘reserved matters’ application puts forward detailed plans for the construction of 89 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes and associated infrastructure, comprising phase three of the development.
