RAIL services through Ledbury, Colwal and Malvern were disrupted yersterday (Tuesday) due to a fatal incident on the line at Barnt Green.
The incident, being dealt with by British Transport Police, happened at about 2pm and involved the 12.50pm London Midland service from Hereford to Birmingham New Street.
The 1.50pm Hereford to Birmingham service was terminated at Worcester while the 1.59pm and 2.59pm services from Birmingham to Hereford were cancelled.
Trains resumed on that line at 3.20pm but the 3.59pm Birmingham to Hereford train did not stop at Barnt Green. Subsequent services were able to stop at Barnt Green.
