FOLLOWING your front page article on a landlady complaining about NHS treatment at Worcestershire Royal Hospital, I had better than excellent attention, always.
If, when she was healthy she had spent any time as a voluntary ward visitor, or an A & E on Saturday night, she might have changed her vocation.
She should show more concern about fraud in the NHS – the latest example by a dentist being £304,000.
