Good experience

I WAS sorry to read in the Malvern Gazette that Miss Donna Stimson has had an unhappy experience at Worcestershire Royal Hospital.

It might be of some comfort, however, for her to know that in eight years of visiting the hospital for various operations and procedures, I have never experienced anything but kindness and respect from the staff.

I hope that Miss Stimson will have a happier time if she visits the hospital again.
