I WOULD like to thank the couple that helped me down from the Beacon following a mountain biking accident on Sunday, January 15.

Fortunately I only suffered concussion and a broken collar bone.

My friend and I are very grateful that you stopped to help us.

Thanks also to the search and rescue team, and paramedics.
